我們正在尋找什麼

  • Check the provided documents and data, e.g. program ordering, drawings, clamping situations, 3D models, etc. can design clamping for Millturn ,milling operations. 检查相关的文件以及数据例如程序安排,图纸,夹具图,3D模型等;能够设计车铣复合以及铣削工艺加工的夹具等;
  • Determine the optimal machining process for the machining of complex workpieces with spatially difficult geometries for different materials (casting, aluminium, steel).为不同材料(铸铁件,铝件以及钢件)加工具有空间限制困难几何形状的复杂工件确定最佳加工工艺
  • Set the processing points / reference point. 调试设定程序工艺的参考点;
  • Consideration of upstream processes, measuring sheets, processing status, etc..考虑上道工序的加工信息,量具准备表格,加工状态等;
  • Consideration of follow-up processes with regard to clamping surfaces, bleed surfaces, etc.考虑后续的装夹定位面,泄流面等;
  • Preparation of existing data (drawings, 3D models, etc.) taking into account the manufacturing technologies used for NC programming.准备现有数据(图纸,3D模型等)考虑用NC编程的技术

您應該帶什麼

  1. college or bachelor majored in CNC machining or related industries; more than five years’ experience on CNC – controlled machines operating and setting up; 大专,本科以上学历,主修机械切削或者相关专业,五年以上CNC加工设备的操作预计调试经验;
  2. experience in NC programming (in best on TopSolid V6/V7) 编程相关经验(最好使用过TopSolid V6/V7版本)
  3. fluent in English in communication 流利的英语交流
  4. Good knowledge in metal working, especially in mechanical machining, drawing reading, capturing 3-dimensional geometries. 良好的金属加工知识,特别是机械加工知识,熟悉图纸,掌握三维几何图形
  5. Remodel existing and recreate 3D models for NC programming items 为NC编程创建现有的和新建的3D模型
  6. good knowledge of the specifics of the respective NC machines.良好的数控机床知识
  7. Create NC programs and related documents independently 独立的创建新的NC程序
  8. providing assistance to other employees, including training activities. 提供一些支持给其他同事,包括相关的培训等
