Calculation Engineer (m/f/d)

• Implementation of FEM simulations in the concept phase of the design process for optimized component design
• Cross-project implementation of strength verifications, for example according to FKM, as well as documentation of results
• Coordination of simulation service providers including commissioning, data transfer, technical management, as well as budget and schedule control

• Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on numerical mechanics, FEM simulation or comparable
• Professional experience in FEM and solid mechanics
• Strong expertise in implicit and explicit FEM analysis with LS-Dyna
• Profound knowledge in model preparation and evaluation with ANSA/META
• Good knowledge of Python
• Experience in the field of fatigue strength, noise & vibration
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Willingness to travel
