CFO Rheinmetall Automecanica SRL (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced CFO to join our team of professionals to keep finances on track and drive our continuous improvement efforts.

• Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting activities
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision making at the executive level
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards
• Drive process improvements across finance and related operations
• Ensure transparency about the development of key performance indicators, risks and opportunities.
• Perform risk management and manage contracts, grant compliance
• Lead and mentor a small finance and accounting team
• Act as sparring partner to the CEO and other leadership team members

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar, CPA od MBA preferred
• Leadership skills, unwavering determination and personal integrity.
• Good knowledge of accounting, controlling, finance and possibly also tax.
• Proven knowledge of IFRS.
• Comfortable in both strategic and operational roles (“hands-on” mentality)
• Experience and skills how to navigate in the matrix of a big international group
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Fluent English and international experience
• German skills highly desirable
