WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Independent recruiting of different profiles for the our production plant in Lithuania
- Implementation and management of recruiting and active sourcing measures
- Coordination of employer branding measures with our central Employer Branding department in Germany
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with quality standards
- Constant exchange and reporting to the central talent acquisition team
- Preparation and provision of reports for the management and the talent acquisition department in Germany
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, business psychology or similar
- Professional experience in recruiting in the manufacturing industry
- Confident use of applicant management systems
- Very good written and spoken Lithuanian and English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills and a structured approach to work
