- Operating, developing, and enforcing occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection systems
- Identifying risks as well as developing and monitoring preventive measures
- Regularly updating risk assessments
- Identifying and recording HSE training needs
- Developing and improving educational material on HSE, delivering training sessions
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate measures to improve HSE performance; raising HSE awareness and fostering a safety-focused culture
- Responsible for liaising with specialist advisors, occupational health specialists and specialist suppliers
- Participation in internal and external audits and inspections
- Addressing deficiencies
- Ensuring, monitoring and continuously improving legal compliance
- Aligning with environmental and fire protection service providers, providing professional control
- Preparation of statistics and management system documentation
- Providing active support for development and investment processes
- Liaising with public authorities (HSE) and other departments
- At least secondary level education in occupational health and safety
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in the field of HSE
- Deep knowledge of occupational safety standards
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
