Requirements Manager PDM (m/f/d)

• Working with stakeholders to continuously improve development systems, processes and methods
• Analysis in structured procedures of existing and future internal service and support processes
• Improvement and further development of digitalization and automation
• Recording and tracking implementation proposals and guiding decisions in interdisciplinary teams
• Initiating implementation projects, assuming the role of product owner - interface and translator between users, central development department and IT
• Collaboration with the development teams and continuous presentation of the expected added value
• Managing the product backlog, defining milestones and presenting progress

• Completed MINT studies or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in the field of classic as well as agile approaches
• Strong understanding of digital technologies
• Sound knowledge as a Scrum Master with agile methods
• Certification as Scrum Master (CSM® or PSM I) and PLM experience desirable
• Confident working with Jira/Confluence or comparable tracking and documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and very good methodological knowledge in moderation, motivation and change management
• Goal-oriented, independent and structured way of working in a technically complex PLM environment
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
