“I really enjoy being part of the OMNIA Training team and the ‘one team’ approach within the consortium. I am excited to be helping the Army to build the capability they need to deliver better trained soldiers ready for the future.”

Providing knowledge to soldiers
Rheinmetall is responsible for 7 of the 26 services with the CTTP programme, focussed on Training Delivery. These include:
- Instrumenting – Allocate sensors for all live exercising participants, including the training audience, vehicles, weapons, structures, targetry (including targets, target mechanisms and support systems), A3E and specialist support, and observers.
- Logistics – Securely handling and transporting equipment, including military equipment (generally training support equipment e.g. TES, radios, masts etc.) and GFA to support ACTS delivery and assessment solutions.
- Facilities – Collaborating with the Booking and Scheduling services, the Facilities Supporting service will manage facilities to ensure exercises are conducted without disruption.
- Controlling – The service will coordinate various services to enable implementation of the exercise plan and apply safety management.
- Configuring – This service will be responsible for testing, accepting, integrating solutions, and obsolescence management.
- Composing – Composing the exercise/training scenario.
- Observing and Reviewing – Continual monitoring of performance and behaviours during training (Observing) and analysis and articulation of competency assessments (Reviewing).
This places REUK in the direct customer facing role, working closely with the British Army delivering transformational change to training outcomes. Delivery will be enabled through our four UK sites, in Warminster, Bristol, Southampton and Newport, Isle of Wight. Additionally, CTTP will deliver training overseas at British Army and partner nation training facilities.
Who should join our team?
We are looking for individuals who want to serve. You will have a mission focus, and the enthusiasm and drive to get things done. You will want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army. You will not let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you will learn lessons and share these lessons across the team. You will not necessarily have a military background, but you will understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.
If this sounds exciting, we look forward to your application!
