Team Leader Customer Service Boxer

After a career as an automotive mechatronics technician and master craftsman in the German Armed Forces, Sebastian K. has been with Rheinmetall since 2015. As Team Leader for Customer Service, he is responsible for the Boxer. Below, he shares what excites him most about working at Rheinmetall.

How has Rheinmetall supported you in your career?

Rheinmetall has supported me with various training programs. I still maintain contact with many of the participants from those courses.

What are the daily challenges?

Every day is different for us. Flexibility is essential in our field, as we provide rapid support to our customers when issues arise. This level of service is only possible because we work exceptionally well as a team.

How would your employees describe you as a leader?

I believe my employees would describe me as approachable and collegial.

Which Rheinmetall product fascinates you and why?

In addition to the Boxer, I’m particularly fascinated by the Survivor. I’ve been involved with the vehicle for a long time and have had the chance to witness its progress firsthand.
