Career at Rheinmetall: Jobs in Naval Shipbuilding

Engineering, design and manufacturing for frigates, corvettes & autonomous surface systems

At our shipyards in Hamburg (Blohm+Voss & Norderwerft), Wolgast (Peene-Werft) and Wilhelmshaven (Neue Jadewerft), as well as at our headquarters in Bremen, 150 years of shipbuilding tradition meet Rheinmetall's technological strength. This is where frigates, corvettes and patrol boats are built: from design and launch through to fleet support across the entire life cycle.

As part of the Naval Systems division, you will bring your expertise to demanding projects at Rheinmetall's maritime systems house. At the intersection of shipbuilding, system integration, modern manufacturing and complex sensor technology, we give you the freedom to contribute your expertise. Whether in design, manufacturing, maintenance or project management: with us, you will build ships that will shape Europe's maritime security for decades to come.

Behind every one of our products and systems is an interdisciplinary team with a passion for shaping the shipbuilding of tomorrow. We are looking for motivated specialists (m/f/d) to join this team in many different disciplines, including design, manufacturing, project management and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
