Insights into the prototype production
Your long-term prospects as skilled worker (m/f/d) with us!
As a skilled worker, you will find excellent working conditions and special benefits at Rheinmetall in Kiel. The long-term prospects and job security will also convince you.
In our prototype construction department, you will work on the development and series production of defence vehicles from Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH. And you will be working at eye level with our engineers! You will bring all your knowledge as a mechanic/mechatronics technician (M/F/D) to bear to master the challenges of building a newly developed vehicle. We will train you thoroughly before you will act independently. No working day is like the other. As an expert for the newly developed vehicle, you will accompany it on national and international trials and at trade fairs.
In our electrics/electronics production, we produce technologically sophisticated assemblies for our vehicle systems, especially in the areas of wiring, control electronics and power distribution. The spectrum of your new tasks ranges from prototypes and qualification to the production of a small series. We ensure our high quality standards through 100 percent testing of all components on test benches developed in-house. We want to continue to develop future technology in-house and have therefore just set up SMT production for circuit boards.
In addition to the usual internationally valid quality management standards, our production is also certified according to the NATO standards AQAP2110 and AQAP2210.
