Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct of the Rheinmetall Group forms the basis of Rheinmetall's Compliance Management System. It provides orientation for the daily actions of employees, managers and other stakeholders. Within this framework, each individual is called upon to assume responsibility and to act with integrity, reliability and fairness. All managers are called upon to act as role models and to support their employees in complying with our Code of Conduct.
