Martin Wolfgang Hoffmann

After graduating from the Technical University of Chemnitz with a degree in Systems Engineering, Martin Wolfgang Hoffmann began his professional career in 2007 as a production planner with assignments at Continental AG in Regensburg before joining Pierburg GmbH in Berlin in 2011 as a production project manager and production planner. In 2014, he was elected to the works council at the Berlin site for the first time. In 2018, he was also delegated to the General Works Council of Pierburg GmbH, the Group Works Council of Rheinmetall AG and the European Works Council of Rheinmetall AG. He also became a member of the Executive Committee of the European Works Council. Since 2023, Mr Hoffmann has been Chairman of the European Works Council of Rheinmetall AG. He also works as an honorary labour judge.
