After graduating from high school in 2010, Ms. Möller studied sociology in Magdeburg (Bachelor's degree) and Jena (Master's degree) until 2016. Her studies in Jena were funded by a scholarship from the Hans Böckler Foundation. Between her bachelor's and master's degrees, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Málaga, Spain, funded by an ERASMUS scholarship. From 2014 to 2016, Ms. Möller studied labour law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, focusing on coalition and industrial action law, works constitution law, current issues in European Union labour law, collective bargaining law and employment law.

After completing her studies, she spent a year as a trainee at IG Metall, then worked as a trade union secretary from 2017 and from 2019 as a team leader at IG Metall Baden-Württemberg in the Joint Development Project („Gemeinsamen Erschließungsprojekt“ GEP). From 2021, she worked as a secretary for collective bargaining at IG Metall Baden-Württemberg, from 2022 as acting 1st authorised representative of the Aalen and Schwäbisch Gmünd offices, and from 2024 as team leader at IG Metall Baden-Württemberg. From November 2025, she will be employed as the first authorised representative at IG Metall Heilbronn-Neckarsulm following her parental leave.
