- Assisting the site manager in coordinating the various specialist services on site
- Acting as the client’s (BAIUDBw site office) deputy contact person on site
- Assisting with site management in accordance with the Regulation on Health and Safety on Construction Sites (Construction Site Regulation)
- Coordination with the project’s technical management (internal)
- Change management (internal)
- Technical qualification in the relevant field (construction technician or equivalent qualification)
- Specialist experience in similar projects
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Experience in a military context is desirable
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners
- Structured, systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
- The ability to analyse technical issues quickly and propose pragmatic solutions
- Willingness to take on responsibility and prepare decisions
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively in an international environment
