Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks will be:

• Day-to-day administrative and organizational support of the management board, e.g. preparation of documents and presentations
• Administrative Support of Directors in terms of organizational aspects (15%)
• Travel management, organization and accounting of business trips of the Board
• Looking after visitors as well as organizing, preparing, coordinating and following up on meetings
• Representative back up of the Rheinmetall Hungary Board
• Primary point of contact between internal-external stakeholders wanting access or time to C-Board
• Independent preparation and execution of Hungarian and English correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Calendar management of the Board
• Internal approvals´ management
• Preparation of official letters
• Weekly organization of Management Meetings and action item list updates
• Representative and office staff ordering
• Agenda preparation for visitor events

• Completed high-level training or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable education
• Professional experience in the following fields: event management, management assistance, business management, accounting and general financial knowledge, document management, marketing and PR knowledge
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), SAP knowledge
• Language skills: fluent English and German written and spoken
