Finanz- und Beteiligungscontrolling einer operativen Division/ Business Unit (internes externe Reporting, Abweichungsanalysen und Kommentierung der Geschäftsentwicklung etc.)
Begleitung der Erstellung der Konzern- & Unternehmensplanung
Ausübung der Konzernweiten Financial Governance (u.a. Erstellung und Aktualisierung relevanter Richtlinien, Review von Vorstands- und Entscheidungsvorlagen, Umsetzung Konzernvorgaben für Risikomanagement und IKS)
Erstellung von Management Reportings und Präsentationen für Gremien, Management und andere Stakeholder
Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -tools
Projektcontrolling und Reporting auf Gruppenebene inkl. Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Konzeptes zum Controlling der Großprojekte im Konzern

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise im internationalen Konzernverbund
Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfungs- , Transaktions- und / oder einer Managementberatung
Ausgeprägte MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität
Analytische Fähigkeiten und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
konzeptionelle Stärke und Kreativität
