- Acting on behalf of and representing the Export Control Manager in dealings other internal and external departments and authorities
- Drafting official reports for the manager
- Collecting and maintaining export control data from other departments
- Preparing applications for official permits and monitoring the validity
- Preparing end-user declarations for signature
- Preparing and tracking official reports
- Updating training materials and organising training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics or Economics
- At least 3 years of verifiable professional experience in a multinational environment in the fields of logistics, international trade or
economics - Good communication skills and problem solving ability
- User level of Microsoft Office package and enterprise planning systems (SAP)
- Proficient or advanced level of Hungarian and English
