Finance Administrator (Accountant)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team to perform the following tasks:
- Invoice verification for production materials and overhead costs in SAP, according to Hungarian GAAP
- Verification and posting of employees’ travel expenses in accordance with tax requirements
- Independent clarification of discrepancies with purchasing, business units and suppliers using a workflow-based tool
- Reviewing and defining account assignments, cost center allocations and payment approvals for invoices
- Process development and improvement suggestions
- Active participation in internal and external audits
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Substituting for the other accountant colleague
- Completed certified accountant qualification/registration as certified accountant is a strong advantage and/or a bachelor's degree in finance
- Work experience in accounting, invoicing or finance (2+ years)
- Extensive knowledge of Hungarian GAAP and taxation (knowledge of financial and accounting regulations -particularly invoicing- and related tax regulations)
- Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
- SAP R3 user knowledge is a strong advantage
- Very good Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
