We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing HR team:
- Managing the local HR administration (contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding processes, medical certificates, etc.)
- Maintaining HR records and preparing reports based on them
- Creating employer certificates
- Preparing the monthly payroll process, forwarding data to payroll service provider
- Handling the time management program and supporting for its implementation
- Close cooperation with the different departments
- Minimum medium-level education in specialising of HR/Payroll with minimum of 5 years` relevant experience
- BSc/MS. degree in HR/Payroll is an advantage
- Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
- Very good Hungarian and English language skills both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of labour law
- Reliable, flexible team player who has ability to work independently in an accurate and precise way
