  • Operating, developing, and enforcing occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection systems
  • Identifying risks as well as developing and monitoring preventive measures
    • Regularly updating risk assessments
  • Identifying and recording HSE training needs
  • Developing and improving educational material on HSE, delivering training sessions
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate measures to improve HSE performance; raising HSE awareness and fostering a safety-focused culture
  • Responsible for liaising with specialist advisors, occupational health specialists and specialist suppliers
  • Participation in internal and external audits and inspections
    • Addressing deficiencies 
  • Ensuring, monitoring and continuously improving legal compliance
  • Aligning with environmental and fire protection service providers, providing professional control
  • Preparation of statistics and management system documentation
  • Providing active support for development and investment processes
  • Liaising with public authorities (HSE) and other departments
  • At least secondary level education in occupational health and safety
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in the field of HSE
  • Deep knowledge of occupational safety standards
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
