- Operating, developing, and enforcing occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection systems
- Identifying risks and developing and monitoring preventive measures as well as regularly updating risk assessments
- Together with Production Managers, identify and record HSE training needs and provide company, departmental and individual level training and development for employees as required
- Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate measures to improve HSE performance; raise HSE awareness and foster a safety-focused culture
- Participate in the development and refinement of the coordination of civil and military regulations
- Responsible for liaising with specialist advisors, occupational health specialists and specialist suppliers
- Participation in internal and external audits and inspections; addressing deficiencies
- University degree in the area of HSE (occupational safety, fire protection or environmental engineering)
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Eticor
- Familiar with KIR, MEBIR systems
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Service-oriented approach
- Creativity
