- Coordination of production and assembly activities of a max. 3 heads production team
- Testing and logging of optical-mechanical components/assemblies in prototype construction
- Mechanical and electrical adjustment of assemblies
- Use of typical test and measurement equipments
- Creation of production/test and findings reports
- Troubleshooting of simple and complex electronic assemblies and devices, as well as their repair and documentation in SAP
- Assembly of mechanical and electrical assemblies and devices in accordance with assembly instructions, drawings and parts lists, in cooperation with design and development in prototype construction
- Commissioning and testing at device and system levels, in accordance with test specifications
- Reporting and monitoring of work results in terms of quantity, quality and adherence to deadlines
- Distribution of work within the production team, as well as their instruction and support in technical problems as a mentor
- Bsc/Msc degree in engineering
- Minimum of 3 years years of professional industry work experience in the assembly/repair of electronic assemblies and/or prototypes
- Experience in handling technical system documentation and electrical aids
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance
