- Organization and execution of road, sea, air and rail shipments
- Selecting freight forwarders, requesting and evaluating quotes
- Preparing freight contracts; managing waybills and shipping documentation
- Tracking shipments, preparing status reports
- Preparing cost optimization recommendations
- Handling complaints and claims
- Coordination of import and export customs procedures
- Preparation of customs documents
- Liaising with customs agencies and authorities
- Handling of freight shipments within and outside the EU
- Maintaining contact with partner departments at the national and international levels
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and carriers
- Reporting inventory movements
- Preparing reports for management
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or economics
- Customs certification is an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in international logistics and customs
- Experience in freight forwarding (within and outside the EU)
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a advantage
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, both spoken and written
- Punctuality, willingness to learn and team spirit
