The ESG Supply Chain Manager is part of the central ‘RGP-ESG Supply Chain’ department and works closely with the central CSY and CSI departments and the divisions on ESG supply chain issues. We are looking for you to:
- Ensure the implementation of ESG projects, taking into account time frames, content and costs. Initiating countermeasures in the event of deviations
- KPIs & reporting to ensure the required ESG requirements of the supply chain
- Compliance with laws, guidelines and RH compliance requirements and initiation of corrective measures in the event of deviations from the targets
- Cooperation in the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy for suppliers in all areas of the company and cooperation in its implementation
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, project management, controlling or a comparable field
- Experience in sustainability reporting and legal requirements relating to ESG issues such as CSRD/CS3D is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office package – with a focus on Excel
- Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams Experience in reporting and developing decision-making templates for management
- Very good English skills and business fluent German skills, both written and spoken
