WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordination and processing of process-relevant IT requirements in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Supporting a new plant with up to 40 production lines and own server structure
- Further development of IT infrastructures
- Monitoring all IT-related security requirements
- Support and supervision of tenders for projects with external service providers, particularly in the product environment
- Managing external service providers, in particular the Group IT process
- Future-oriented organisation of IT in relation to users and external customer requirements
- Supporting all production processes with IT systems, in particular involvement in defining the scope of services and organisation
- Co-design of budget planning and budget monitoring for IT requirements
- Preparation and support of requirements prioritisation in coordination with the specialist departments
- Contact person for IT projects between the specialist departments and external service providers
- Regular reporting to the management
- Developing and ensuring IT guidelines, standards and directives
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed studies in economics or computer science or equivalent
- Many years of experience in (IT) project management and in the field of IT business consulting
- Experience in process management and process modelling
- Personal knowledge and experience of technical specifications for IT projects (creation/evaluation of specifications)
- Experience in the following areas: SAP, network technology, technical IT (e.g. CAD)
- Very strong resilience and assertiveness
- Strong sense of responsibility, high self-motivation and team spirit
- Good communication skills and a high affinity for the media environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills
