WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Autonomous planning and organization of technical training programs for production and customer service technicians
- Developing and documenting processes on the production line
- Managing the creation, compilation, and distribution of training materials
- Examining relevant regulations to ensure compliance
- Providing support and advice to course participants and lecturers, including travel arrangements
- Instructing interpreters and training support staff
- Handling correspondence with international clients and lecturers
- Conducting business trips nationally and internationally
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create and improve training content
- Researching and selecting technical data from PLM and SAP systems
- Translating technical terminology from English to Romanian
- Familiarizing with the LANCE Turret system
- Drafting, rehearsing, and delivering training sessions on-site
- Collecting feedback and continuously improving training quality
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- At least 1-2 years of comparable professional experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive CAN-bus systems and networks
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian language skills essential
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
