Erstellung von Präsentationen zu Projektmanagement-Konzepten, Prozessen und Projektstatus
Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen in neuen Teams
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Meetings und Workshops
Nachverfolgung der Prozessimplementierung und Sammlung von Feedback zur Verbesserung
Unterstützung bei der internen und externen Kommunikation
Organisation und Pflege von Dokumenten (z. B. Schulungsunterlagen, Informationsmaterialien)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Elektrotechnikingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Office und MS Project
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikationsstärke
