WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join its new factory in Várpalota. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Analysis and optimization of installation/planned manufacturing processes for plants under construction
Providing support for greenfield investment project management
Implementation of sub-projects
Analyze, optimize, and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Provide technical support for new product introductions and establish corresponding production processes
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, or related field preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently
Clear communication which inspires trust and drives action
Flexible and forward-thinking, never stay in „good enough” mode
Organized and structured personality
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
"Hands-on" mentality

Advantage:

Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Project management experience
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools
