Compensation: €2,350 - €3,700
You will be part of the Operations Planning function and responsible for ensuring smooth production flow by aligning customer demand with material availability and production capacity. In this role you will coordinate planning activities, monitor execution and drive actions to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Manage the production planning process from order receipt to execution
- Create, adjust and control production plans based on customer demand and forecasts
- Ensure material availability before releasing production
- Initiate and manage purchase and production orders in the ERP system
- Monitor order execution and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Evaluate production capacity and balance workloads across production lines
- Identify potential delays and take preventive actions
- Analyze causes of delays and implement solutions
- Coordinate activities with production, supply chain, warehouse and sales
- Ensure accuracy of master data (BOM, lead time, routing, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPI)
- Participate in process improvement and optimization projects
- Experience in production planning, logistics or supply chain
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
