WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Planning, coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget and according to quality standards
- Coordinating technical activities and ensuring alignment between project requirements and engineering deliverables
- Monitoring project schedules, milestones, budgets and project risks
- Managing project-related communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating project planning, implementation and validation activities across multiple departments
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures to ensure successful project execution
- Supporting technical change management and ensuring timely implementation of project modifications
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field of study
- Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and industrialization projects is considered an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate complex engineering activities
- Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Experience with project planning tools and ERP systems is considered an advantage (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Willingness to business travel
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
