S&Q Officer

About the Team

The LAND 400 Phase 2 Services Team, located in Redbank, is currently phase-in the support contract and sustainment operations. The S&Q Officer, as a customer facing role and working with all service operational functional groups, will be central to processing quotes, tracking status of purchase orders, and reporting on outcomes. The team is growing in the coming years, including the S&Q team.

About the Role

The S&Q Officer is responsible for the coordination and the day-to-day actioning of Survey & Quotes for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Support Services with the Commonwealth of Australia reporting to the L400 Phase 2 Service Delivery Manager. This role will be integral part of the LAND 400 Phase 2 Service Delivery and Performance team.  Additional duties will include the support of the execution of Contract Change Proposals, assist in the coordination between warehousing and parts teams, and generating performance reports as required.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

• Experience in contracts management and administration, preferably in relation to Australian Government major acquisition and/or delivery projects;
• Experience with ASDEFCON suite of contract templates;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint;
• Demonstrated high level of personal motivation;
• Experience collaborating within of a multi-discipline/matrixed global organisation; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
