- Managing, motivating, developing and supporting the employees in the team
- Conducting regular documented inspections of work areas
- Preparing regular reports and reporting to senior management
- Reporting any quasi-accidents and unsafe conditions
- Reporting any damage to property and any other damages, theft or attempted theft
- Providing training and communicating risk assessment to employees
- The guard commander is subordinate to the commander authorized to
command the guard. The guard commander is the superior of the entire
guard personnel. The guard commander is responsible for the guarding
and protection of the property entrusted to the guard, the combat
readiness, training, and discipline of the guard personnel, the proper
performance of guard duties, the operability of communication and
signaling equipment, the internal order of the guard's accommodation
area, the safe storage of weapons and ammunition, and the provision
of the conditions necessary for the exercise of police supervision.
- Higher education in security, military or law enforcement or a secondary education in the same field
- Minimum 5 years+ professional experience in the relevant field (security management, 5+ years of active duty police or military experience)
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of Siemens Siport system and in physical security systems an advantage
- Proficient or advanced level of Hungarian and English
- Additional German language skills are preferred
- Category B driving license
- Ability to work in an organised manner
- Ability to monitor multiple parallel processes, good communication skills, service-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving skills
