Site Security Officer (m/f/d)

• Oversee the physical, personal and travel security provisions 
• Supervising state classified data management (TÜK) as the deputy head of security
• Co-develop and implement Corporate Security policies, protocols and procedures
• Review reports on security incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues
• Analyze security data to form proposals for improvements, develop reports for Rheinmetall Head of Corporate Security  Hungary
• Constantly assess and mitigate potential security threats faced by the company
• Taking responsibility for security training for the internal and external security staff 
• Contionious Research of the latest renovation in security advancements and looking for ways to make security operation more efficient, while being aware of the financial repercussions

• Completed University Bachelor Degree in Industrial Security Management, Security Management or other relevant 
• security or information security related academic disciplines
• Completed relevant security or information security related University Master Degree is an advantage
• Proven minimum 4 years professional experience on the field of security management
• Proven 2 years professional experience or state certification about classified data management (TÜK) 
• Experience with related MS and other computer software
• Leadership skills with ability to drive a team
• “B” category driving license is advantageous
• Excellent Hungarian and fluent English language reporting skills
• Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
