Specialst Virtualization Services (m/f/d)

• Implementation of bare-metal virtualization operations in the area of service operations
• Independent implementation of setup, commissioning, update, backup and recovery of a hyperconverged infrastructure
• Creation and maintenance of automation for system provisioning of servers in the virtualized environment
• Administration of the HCI operating platform, capacity management and planning of changes
• Completion of operating documents and concepts
• Collaboration in international project teams and project management
• Coordination and management of external specialists

The position can be filled at the locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Neuenstadt and Unterlüß or, if necessary, 100% remotely within Germany.

• Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the field of IT
• Several years of professional experience in server virtualization with Nutanix
• Confident in the application and creation of shell scripts for automation
• Knowledge of planning and implementing the automation of server provisioning is required
• Experience in project management is desirable
• Enthusiasm for the setup work as part of an IT transformation
• Assertiveness, flexibility, intercultural competence
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel to other locations
