System Developer – Surface-to-Air Missile Launcher Systems (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled System Developer with experience in the development, integration, and maintenance of Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) Launcher Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and optimizing system architectures, supporting hardware/software integration, and ensuring reliable performance of advanced defense technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain SAM launcher platforms
  • Support integration of sensors, command-and-control systems, and fire control units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering)
  • Conduct system-level analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Ensure compliance with defense standards, safety protocols, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, and test reports

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience with defense or aerospace system development, ideally in missile launcher or air defense technologies
  • Strong knowledge of real-time systems and hardware/software integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Security clearance eligibility (depending on project requirements)
