  • Leadership responsibility for the team, management and organization of employees
  • Developing and implementing professional processes and procedures in the test center
  • Planning and organizing all testing tasks and monitoring their execution with focus: EMC
  • Presentation and description of technical issues relating to EMC
  • Ensuring professional competence as an internal and external contact person for the implementation/maintenance of ISO 17025 requirements
  • Ensuring and maintaining the necessary knowledge and qualifications of employees
  • Permanent optimization of the installed or to be implemented testing processes
  • Ensuring the availability and maintaining the suitability of existing testing equipment
  • Planning and organization of maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
  • Integration of the RHHU teams into the relevant RLS working groups and external expert committees
  • Ensuring contact with all necessary RHHU areas and teams
  • Engineering degree, ideally specialized in EMC measurement technology or similar
  • Experience with EMC devices and systems (Rhode & Schwarz, AMETEK) and software (Elektra, CTS) and air conditioning technology
  • Basic experience in the military sector (weapons, ammunition, etc.)
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Resistant to stress during peak workloads
  • Good knowledge of measurement technology and associated measurement programs
  • Good written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills
  • Willingness to travel
