- Technical management of employees within the protection department
- Technical team leadership for project work on various high-priority topics (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ / Boxer / Caracal)
- Project management through control of resource utilisation within projects
- Completion of project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing
- Processing and resource utilisation planning for new research and development topics
This position can be filled at the Kassel, Kiel or Unterlüß locations.
- Successfully completed degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally in the automotive and/or defence industry
- Experience in team management is an advantage
- Experience in project work in the field of materials science
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Organisational skills in all areas and strong conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel on business
