Take active responsibility for the training resources of Air Force, Army, and Navy pilots, become part of a motivated, international team, and work with us to develop innovative training simulators such as Level D full-flight simulators, rear crew training systems, and training solutions for ground crews.
As Technical Program Manager (m/f/d), you will take on the technical leadership of the development team in an internationally expanding group. Thanks to your experience in managing extensive technical projects and your passion for innovation and technology, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems, through to the implementation of system integration and error detection
- Presentation of technical offers and negotiation of technical content with customers on site
- Implementation of technical risk management/claim management
- Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
- Monitoring of progress and cash flow
- Planning and carrying out internal and external acceptance tests
- Helping to manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Carrying out reporting and presenting development results in project status meetings
- Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in the (technical) management of projects
- Several years of professional experience in the field of simulation, ideally in (military) flight simulation
- High level of IT and software affinity
- Business fluent English, both written and spoken
- High level of intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel worldwide
