About the Team

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer – Electrical to support capability development within our manufacturing operations. This role suits a qualified electrical professional who is passionate about developing people, improving technical standards and promoting safe work practices on the shop floor.

About the Role

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will deliver practical and theoretical electrical training to tradespeople, apprentices and production staff. You will support the organisation’s training and competency framework, ensuring electrical skills development aligns with manufacturing, quality and safety requirements.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

  • Trade qualified electrician (A-Grade or equivalent)
  • Manufacturing or industrial electrical experience essential;
  • Experience training, mentoring, or coaching trades or operators;
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain;
  • Strong communication skills with a safety-first mindset; and
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
