  • Professional commissioning and operation of integrated drive systems on a test bench, and supervision of test cycles
  • Preparation of test plans for existing and future projects
  • Writing and optimising automated test sequences and measurement algorithms
  • Managing the test bench’s manual and automated operating modes in according with the test plan
  •  Selecting and applying the measurement procedures, standards and methodologies required for testing
  • Developing test scenarios and test steps based on the specifications
  • Calibrating, configuring and installing the sensors required for measurement
  • Evaluating and approving measurement data generated during testing, and carrying out verification measurements where necessary
  • Maintaining close professional contact with development engineers, production engineers and the quality assurance team
  • Implementing continuous improvements to achieve key performance indicators
  • Introducing measures to reduce cycle times and non-productive time
  • Responsible management of the full life cycle of new projects
  • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronical engineering, vehicle engineering
  • 2 years’ professional experience in the field of testing
  • Practical attitude, good technical knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of sensors and measurement technology
  • Knowledge of brake test bench systems
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, LIN)
  • Understanding of the operating principles of internal combustion engines and mechanical/automatic gearboxes
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP would be an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work independently and responsibly Confident written and spoken English
