Koordination und Motivation der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) sowie Steuerung und Mitgestaltung der operativen Logistikprozesse zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsversorgung
Organisation sicherer Arbeits- und Betriebsabläufe
Sicherstellung reibungsloser Informations- und Materialflüsse durch die Etablierung von Prozessstandards
Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Organisation und Durchführung von Teambesprechungen
Teilnahme an Projektgesprächen und Shopfloor-Runden inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) sowie vorhandene Führungserfahrung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung z. B. als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) in der operativen Logistik sowie fundierte Prozesskenntnisse
Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit SAP WM/EWM von Vorteil
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen sowie Lösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Dreischicht-System
