- Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung (Vertragsprüfung, Bestandsprüfung, Auftragsbestätigungen)
- Vorbereitung von Kundeninformationen
- Vorbereitung von Versanddokumentation (Erstellung von Packlisten, Organisation von Frachtanfragen sowie Vorbereitung erforderlicher Transportdokumente)
- Lieferterminüberwachung
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben in der Abteilung
Diese Position ist zunächst für eine Laufzeit von min. 12 Monaten ausgelegt.
- Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
