Übernahme von administrativen und operativen Tätigkeiten im HR Umfeld
Aktive Beteiligung an verschiedenen Projekten
Unterstützung bei Systemintegrationsprojekten, bspw. der digitalen Personalakte
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung verschiedener Dokumente wie z. B. Einstellungsunterlagen
Saubere Aktenlage in SAP z.B. Lohnbescheinigungen oder Zeitwirtschaft

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Laufendes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Gesundheitswesen
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalbereich durch Praktika oder Nebentätigkeiten
Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse und eine generelle IT-Affinität
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
