Unterstützung unseres internen Recruiting im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Übernahme von verantwortungsvollen und vielseitigen Aufgaben
Erstellung und Publikation von Stellenausschreibungen
Eigenständige Sichtung und Bewertung von Bewerbungsunterlagen innerhalb unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
Durchführung von telefonischen Pre-Checks
Unterstützung bei Messebesuchen und deren Vorbereitung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung - idealerweise mit Vertiefung im Bereich Human Resources
Erste Praxiserfahrung durch vorangegangene Tätigkeiten sind wünschenswert
Militärischer Hintergrund oder Interesse an militärischen Themen
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke
Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
