- Administrative Unterstützung bei anfallenden Personalentwicklungsthemen
- Mitwirkung bei operativen Personalthemen im Bereich Nachwuchsförderung
- Planung und Vorbereitung von Trainings und Seminaren
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Schulungen in unserem SAP-System
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an Themen der Personalentwicklung
- Sehr ordentliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
