Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei Email-Postfach und Kalender pflege
Erstellung von Dienstreiseabrechnungen
Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports und Auswertungen
Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Vorbereitung von Meetings und Workshops
Unterstützung bei Abteilungs- und Prozessmanagement-Aufgaben

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Management, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel)
Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
Erste praktische Erfahrung (z. B. Ausbildung) von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
