Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen Schulungsunterlagen im Zentralbereich Recruiting, Employer Branding und Diversity
Organisation von internen Schulungen im nationalen sowie internationalen Umfeld
Kommunikation zu internen sowie externen Anfragen von Gastvorträgen
Mitarbeit bei der visuellen Gestaltung des internen Schulungskatalogs der internationalen Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Community
Anpassung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von globalen Schulungsinhalten
Unterstützung bei Schulungsanfragen der internationalen Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Community

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalentwicklung von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an der visuellen Gestaltung von Schulungsunterlagen
