Rheinmetall is a company subject to security clearance requirements. Consequently, access to the plant is governed by the Federal Ministry of the Interior’s (BMI) list of countries within the meaning of Section 13(1)(17) of the Security Act (SÜG). In addition to the list of countries posing particular security risks, project-specific F-35 access restrictions apply. If you are a national of a country on this list or otherwise do not comply with the official requirements for the F-35 project, we can therefore only grant you access to those parts of the event taking place outside the plant. By registering, you also agree that your data may be checked against sanctions, terrorism and embargo lists and may be passed on to the responsible security authorities for the purpose of security screening.

Note on security checks:

Due to strict security measures and requirements, the above-mentioned data relating to all participants will also be forwarded to the responsible police authority for security vetting purposes.

Note on photo/video recordings:

During this event, photographs and/or videos will be taken by Rheinmetall and/or commissioned photographers to the usual extent. Selected images will subsequently be published on Rheinmetall’s internal and external media and channels (e.g. intranet, website, social media channels) for the purposes of internal and external reporting. If you do not consent to the publication of photographs or videos in which you are clearly recognisable as an individual, please inform the responsible organisers or photographers on site, or contact the organiser by email at events.rhag@rheinmetall.com.
