We provide our global OEM customers with comprehensive support in the development, industrialization, start-up management and production of lightweight aluminum components worldwide.

Our expertise lies in the following applications in the field of casting and machining processes as well as technical support:

Areas of application: Cylinder crankcases and heads, structural components (e.g. longitudinal and cross members, strut mounts, chassis components), transmission housings and e-mobility components (stator housings, battery trays, power electronics housings, etc.).

Casting Process: High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Sand Casting and Gravity Die Casting

Machining processes: Pre- and finish-machining, tread coating (RSW), honing, surface coating of components (especially liners with RSW but also cathodic dip coating) and assembly.

Engineering Services: Development, prototyping, start-up management, process relocations and series support - worldwide
