E-learning plays an important role in comprehensive training concepts: the multimedia-based training technology allows flexible training arrangements (just in time), while being cost effective and individual. With our e-learning solutions trainees are initially given a fundamental knowledge e.g. in electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic aircraft systems, about the function of cockpit instruments, about actions to be taken in the event of a fire or tactical principles for military land manoeuvres.

Within the courseware the trainee determines his own learning speed and learning path and has the possibility to perform tests and self-assessments to monitor his learning success.
